Cooking Classes for 2019 are quickly approaching . . .
The classes for 2019 will happen during winter, most likely from late June onwards,
so if you are interested, keep reading and get in touch via our contact page.
This year Alesha will demonstrate:
how to make polenta and a different twist that makes it the star of the show;
our ever popular mushroom parfait;
a different use for peanut butter and apple sauce to make salads the BearLion way;
every scrap has a use! - waste nothing;
and a little something to keep you sweet.......... or savoury.
The classes are held on a Wednesday night and go for circa 2 hours,
followed by dinner and healthy discussion about all things Organic, Seasonal and Local.
Classes start at 6pm sharp and dinner will generally finish up around 8:30-9pm.
Cooking classes this year are $120 per person.
